Life is full of disappointments and let downs. We are responsible for our own happiness – no one can do this for us. It is ok to be sad sometimes as it helps us to identify what does not work for us in our lives. Focus on all the wonderful things you have accomplished, on all the many family members who love you dearly, and all the friends you have made in your life. Focus on being the best person you can be, focus on forgiving as it is in your best interest. Get sleep, exercise, and protect your emotional being. Stay open and positive to life and nurture loving relationships. Do not foster negative situations.
