It has basically been four weeks since I have been living out of civilization. One of the many weird things about being away is occasionally visiting this site… It is surreal watching and not feeling in-tuned with my blog-baby :) Like i am torn – or in two places at once…
I hope, in the next week or so there will be a moment to capture the beauty of the wilderness, creative projects and life’s other simplicities – that are so real where I am existing right now…

quick lunch – asparagus + almonds
5 minute meal that is delicsh…
Ingredients:
Asparagus
Hand full of almonds
1 tbs pesto
1 tbs cheese
1 chopped shallot
Directions:
Throw in skillet for about 5 minutes all together… and eat :P
