just can’t get enough of these Velvet editorials by Enrique Badulescu… (Velvet is one of my favorite Italian fashion magazines – highly saturated and not commercial at all – at least by US or Australian standards)…Last week I shared a similar editorial WAVE ON WAVE also retouched by Bespoke Studio in NYC (my old work)… Hot and colorful as we ease into hot summer days – pass the lemonade please :P also see a previous post sourced with lots of pretty velvet covers… Also, if you are on twitter add me :) i signed up last week

also – this editorial L’Officiel/Stardust had two really stand out pictures I wanted to share also sourced from the Enrique Badulescu site…

you can see how cool the retouching effects are here – amplifying the shadows certainly does give the illusion of stardust…

Hello Julia Restoin-Roitfeld! LOVE OBSESSION with her style. If you don’t recognize her name, here is a bit about this beauty… to start, she is the daughter of French Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld. Tom Ford hand picked her to be the face of his fragrance Black Orchid. Now she is working with Jil Sander on Jil fragrance and with designer Emilio de la Morena. In addition to modeling she is a muse, socialite, and creative director… oh yeah! she went to parsons too (i die) Her style is smart, tailored and sexy… she definitely knows what she is doing.
