fruit pizza :)
The preparation of Recipe courtesy Giada De Laurentiis had me glued to my television… it is a must and has an abundance of positive reviews. The perfect special occasion project for even the unexperienced chef - I am making this tomorrow for a thanksgiving desert recipe (will add my pics) :P Here are some inspirations for your pizza. Be creative :) bon Appetite
^could do a smaller scare version on a tart or even a bagel or piece of toast (as the reviews suggested)
here are some of the reviews I thought may read if you decide to create this scrumptious pizza
“Delicious & beautiful, everyone raved about it. Light and fresh yet sweet enough to satisfy without going overboard. I used Splenda instead of sugar for an even less guilty pleasure. Will definitely make it again!”
“This dish is a perfect blend of sweet and tart. My fiance who doesn’t care for sweets absolutely loves this dish.”
“I actually tried this recipe with the pizza dough and also with just a plain toasted bagel. Both were delicious. Giada saves the day again!…er… the morning!! Gratzi Giada!”
“This is a great treat to wake up to. I didn’t have mascarpone cheese so I used ricotta instead and added some vanilla extract. It was delicious!”
